This Privacy Policy explains how Spill App, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Spill," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with thespillapp.com, the Spill app, the waitlist, and the Spill Ambassador Program (collectively, the "Services").

Referral data. For Ambassadors, we record sign-ups and downloads attributed to your unique referral link/QR code to operate the leaderboard, dashboard, and competition.
