Welcome to Spill! By downloading, accessing, or using the Spill app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

In summary:

• Your posts are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to us.
• We collect limited information, such as email addresses for account management and usage analytics to improve the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

Spill is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
